1. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content hosted on Tacoter — a photo, menu description, logo or page — infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@tacoter.com.
2. How to File a DMCA Takedown
Your notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL and description of the material you want removed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected restaurant. Knowingly false claims may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@tacoter.com including your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Travis County, Texas if outside the U.S.).
We forward the counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
