That's why we've built some smart AI tools right into your dashboard to make finding and hiring talent much easier.

Let's dive into how these tools can help you streamline your hiring process.

Getting Started

First things first, you'll need to sign in to your Tacoter account.

1. Go to tacoter.com/signin and enter your credentials.
2. Once logged in, you'll land on your Dashboard at tacoter.com/dashboard. This is your command center for all things Tacoter!

The Five AI Tools for Hiring

Tacoter offers five key AI tools to assist with your hiring:

• Job Description Writer: Helps you craft clear and compelling job descriptions.
• Wage Benchmarks: Provides insights into competitive wages for various roles.
• Job Posting Quality Check: Ensures your job postings are compliant and attractive.
• Candidate Summaries: Quickly highlights key information from applicant resumes.
• Resume Builder: (This tool is for job seekers, but good to know!) Allows candidates to easily create and submit their resumes directly on Tacoter.

Let's walk through how to use each of these tools.

1. Crafting Job Descriptions with AI

No more staring at a blank page! Our Job Description Writer helps you create professional and effective job descriptions in minutes.

1. From your Dashboard, navigate to Jobs then Post New Job or Edit Existing Job.
2. On the job description creation page, you'll see a section for the job description content.
3. Click the Generate with AI button.
4. Enter the job title (e.g., "Line Cook," "Server," "Dishwasher") and a few keywords describing the role and responsibilities.
5. The AI will suggest a draft job description. Review it, make any necessary tweaks to fit your restaurant's unique culture, and save it. [[screenshot: AI-generated job description draft for review]]

2. Understanding Wage Benchmarks

Set competitive salaries with confidence using our Wage Benchmarks tool. This helps you attract top talent by offering fair compensation based on current market data.

1. When creating or editing a job posting, look for the Salary/Wage section.
2. You'll find an option labeled View Wage Benchmarks. Click it.
3. Select the job title and location, and the tool will display average wage ranges for similar positions in your area.
4. Use this information to set an attractive and competitive wage for your posting.

3. Ensuring Quality Job Postings

Our Job Posting Quality Check is your personal compliance officer, making sure your job ads are ready to go live without a hitch.

1. Before publishing any new or updated job posting, click the Run Quality Check button.
2. The AI will scan your posting for potential compliance issues, unclear language, or missing information.
3. If any blockers are found (e.g., missing mandatory legal disclaimers, discriminatory language), you must address them before you can publish. These cannot be overridden.

4. Automatic Spanish Translation

Reach a wider audience with ease! Our platform automatically translates your job postings into Spanish.

1. Once you've created your job posting in English, the system will automatically generate a Spanish version.
2. This ensures that your opportunities are accessible to Spanish-speaking candidates without any extra effort on your part.

5. Efficient Candidate Summaries

When applications start rolling in, our Candidate Summaries tool helps you quickly identify top candidates.

1. Go to your Dashboard, then Jobs, and select the specific job posting you're hiring for.
2. Click on Applicants.
3. For each candidate, you'll see an option to View AI Summary.
4. Clicking this will generate a concise summary of the candidate's resume, highlighting key experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to your job. This saves you valuable time sifting through every resume.

Our friendly AI assistant, El Jefe Chat, is always available. Click the chat icon at the bottom right of any Dashboard page (tacoter.com/dashboard or tacoter.com/panel for Spanish users). El Jefe can answer questions, guide you through processes, and even make changes for you – always showing a preview card for your approval before anything is confirmed. Unconfirmed previews expire after 15 minutes.

Remember, most changes made through the dashboard can be undone within 24 hours from the action card. For campaign drafts and job listings, you'll need to review or delete them in the dashboard.
