  2. Click on Email.
  3. Then, click on Campaigns. This is where you'll see all your past and current campaigns.

Design Your Email

Now for the fun part – crafting your message!

  1. Pick a Template: Tacoter offers a variety of pre-designed templates that look great on any device. Choose one that fits your message or your taqueria's vibe. You can always customize it later.
  2. Write Your Subject: This is super important! Your subject line is the first thing customers see. Make it catchy and tell them what's inside. Think: "New Pastor Tacos Are Here!" or "Get 15% Off Your Next Order!"
  3. Add Your Content: This is the body of your email.
  4. Text: Write your message. Announce specials, share a story, or invite them to an event. Keep it short, sweet, and to the point. Most people scan emails quickly!
  5. Photos: You'll want to add mouth-watering photos of your food or your restaurant. (Remember, while you can add photos to your email, we won't show you how to insert them here, just know it's a key part of your content!)
  6. Buttons: You can add buttons that link directly to your online ordering page, your menu, or your social media.
  7. Keep your brand's voice consistent – warm, friendly, and authentic, just like your food!

Choose Your Audience

Who should receive this delicious news?

  1. Choose Audience Segment: Tacoter lets you send emails to specific groups of customers. For example, you might want to send a special offer only to your most loyal customers, or a "Welcome" email to new sign-ups. If you want to send it to everyone who has opted in, just select your "All Customers" segment.
  2. Don't worry about customers who have opted out of emails; Tacoter automatically excludes them from all campaigns, so you're always respecting their preferences.

Review and Send

You're almost there! Just a couple more checks.

  1. Preview: Always, always preview your email! This lets you see exactly how it will look on a desktop computer and a mobile phone. Check for typos, make sure links work, and ensure everything looks perfect.
  2. Send Now or Schedule:
  3. If you're ready to go, click Send Now. Your campaign will be delivered to your selected audience.
  4. Want to send it later? Click Schedule and pick a date and time. This is great for planning ahead for promotions or holiday messages.

Track Your Success

After your campaign is sent, you can always go back to Email > Campaigns to see how it performed. You'll be able to view:

  • Opens: How many people opened your email.
  • Clicks: How many people clicked on links within your email.

This information helps you understand what your customers like and helps you create even better campaigns in the future!

Tips

  • Keep it short and sweet: People are busy! Get your main message across quickly.
  • Use strong calls to action: Tell customers exactly what you want them to do (e.g., "Order Now!", "View Our Menu!").
  • Proofread: Always check for typos!
  • Send consistently: Don't bombard customers, but a regular email (once a week or every other week) keeps your taqueria top of mind.
  • Segment your audience: The more relevant your email is to a customer, the more likely they are to engage.
